Kid Cudi’s new music video shows him toking up at the 2010 Cannabis Cup in Amsterdam. The music video was directed and shot by Shia Labeouf and has a dark rockish aura about it. If any of you follow Kid Cudi on social media sites he announced on April Fool’s Day that he was not going to smoke or do any drugs.
“This is not a joke. I know most of you wanna see me all drugged out and f——d up and I know misery loves company, but I’m sorry those days are over [sic],” Cudi expressed. “I had a good run, Amsterdam and all. I’m happy being sober. I’m happy being a new me.”
Since this video was recorded in the past whether or not his statement has any credibility remains to be seen. I honestly do not believe a word of that April 1st statement. Why in god’s name would anyone announce anything serious on April Fool’s day. I do not believe in coincidence, and believe that Cudi is using a marketing technique. Or he might be doing this because of his legal troubles, and is trying to show courts that he has turned a new leaf. Either way his new video is pretty sick. There is dank weed, vaporizers, and much more please watch! Weed or not Cudi is a great musician mad respect!
