About Broadway Cannabis Market Pearl District

Broadway Cannabis Market's Pearl District store is at 427 NW Broadway, on the edge of Old Town Chinatown where it meets the Pearl. It is two blocks from Union Station and Lan Su Chinese Garden, which makes it a natural first stop for travelers arriving by Amtrak or MAX, and with more than 2,000 Google reviews it is the most-reviewed dispensary in Portland.

Broadway is a homegrown chain — 'We are Oregon and only Oregon' — with eight stores: downtown on SW Broadway, near Portland State, on SE McLoughlin, in Montavilla, on SW Capitol Highway near Lake Oswego, in Beaverton and in Forest Grove. Every store runs the same everyday multi-buy deals, which in October 2026 included five 100 mg gummies for $22, two full-gram cartridges for $31 and five half-gram pre-rolls for $15, plus a points-based rewards program linked to your phone number.

The Pearl store is open 8 a.m. to 9:50 p.m. every day, holds OLCC medical-retailer and home-delivery endorsements, takes online orders, and lists a wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking lot. Reviewers say it is dog-friendly.

4.8 out of 5 from 2,093 Google reviews · read the reviews on Google

The store averages 4.8 stars from 2,093 Google reviews. Shoppers praise the deals, the organized layout and knowledgeable, laid-back budtenders, and one visitor called it the best selection of blunts they had seen downtown, with pre-rolls from half a gram to 2 grams. Regulars appreciate that dogs are welcome.

The negatives in recent reviews are about after-sale service: one regular said a vape with a dead battery was hard to return, and another had a frustrating card-payment experience. Keep your receipt and ask about the return policy, which Broadway posts on its website.
