About Plus Dispensary

Plus Dispensary is on NE 122nd Avenue half a block north of East Burnside in Hazelwood, next to a Cricket phone store, about 1.2 miles from Mall 205. It bills itself as 'Oregon's best affordable' medical and recreational shop.

Plus works differently from most Portland dispensaries: service is pharmacy-style through a window, with prices shown on TV screens, which one regular says feels safer and moves the line fast. Online orders get 10% off (excluding the $40 and $50 ounce tiers), and weekend specials include Fire Friday (15% off top-shelf flower), Sticky Saturday (20% off oil products) and Sunrise Sunday (20% off orders placed before noon). Reviewers say the budget flower can be surprisingly good.

Plus Dispensary holds an OLCC medical-retailer endorsement and is open 10 a.m. to 9:55 p.m. daily. There is a parking lot behind the building. Google lists a wheelchair-accessible entrance and lot, although a disabled veteran found window-only service difficult.

What Customers Say About Plus Dispensary

4.2 out of 5 from 490 Google reviews · read the reviews on Google

Plus averages 4.2 stars from 490 Google reviews. Fans praise efficient service, a fast-moving line and friendly budtenders — Megan, Darcy, Phil, Joel and Ian are named — and some say it has the best prices in town.

Critics say you cannot browse products through the window, the online menu is sometimes down, and some flower was stemmy or not as advertised; one long-time regular felt quality slipped in 2025. Check flower before you leave the window.
