Adults 21 and over in Washington can buy and possess up to 1 ounce of cannabis flower, 7 grams of concentrate, 16 ounces of solid edibles and 72 ounces of infused liquids. Stores may not sell you more than the personal possession amount, and registered medical patients can buy up to three times those limits at medically endorsed stores.

Washington's Adult-Use Limits
Under RCW 69.50.360 and RCW 69.50.4013:
- 1 ounce (28 grams) of usable cannabis flower
- 7 grams of cannabis concentrate
- 16 ounces of solid cannabis-infused products
- 72 ounces of liquid cannabis-infused products — or, for low-dose drinks of 4 mg THC or less per unit, up to 200 mg of THC
Buying at Several Stores
Because the limits are possession limits, buying the maximum at several Tacoma stores in one day can put you over the legal amount. One Dank’s shopper who accidentally ordered over the limit online had staff adjust the order at pickup.
What You Can't Do
Use it in public, keep an opened package in a car’s passenger area, bring it onto JBLM or other federal land, or take it across state lines.
