In 2023 the town council voted to prohibit licenses for businesses that allow on-site cannabis use inside town limits, and the MCA's zoning guidance says it has not issued any on-site consumption licenses anywhere in the state.
That leaves private property. Hotels, condos and rentals are owned by someone who may ban cannabis, so read the house rules before you light up.
