Ocean Springs has 8 dispensaries licensed by the Mississippi Department of Revenue. They serve medical cannabis cardholders only: Mississippi patients, their registered caregivers and visitors with a 15-day nonresident card. There is no recreational sale, so an adult without a card cannot buy. The city's first dispensary, The Magnolia Healing on Marks Road, held its ribbon-cutting in February 2023, and the count has grown to eight since.
For a town its size, Ocean Springs has a lot of choice. It has more licensed stores than Gulfport and trails only Biloxi on the Coast. Almost every store sits on one of two roads, Bienville Boulevard (US 90) or Washington Avenue, so most patients can compare several shops in one short drive.
