About Belmont Collective

Belmont Collective is a small dispensary on SE Belmont Street in Buckman, in the middle of one of inner Southeast Portland's busiest strips of cafés, bars and vintage shops. It opened in 2015 and was founded, it says, by a group of lifelong friends who are Portland natives, with a mission to showcase Oregon's craft cannabis scene.

The shop leans into its Portland identity. Its floor is laid with the teal, geometric PDX airport carpet that became a local icon, the stereo plays jazz, and staff hand out dog treats. Google's review summary highlights an early-bird special, a vast selection, knowledgeable budtenders and the ATM, and shoppers point to a large pre-roll range and curated 'bud boxes'.

Belmont Collective is open 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day, holds OLCC medical-retailer and home-delivery endorsements, and takes online orders. Google lists a wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking lot and tags the shop LGBTQ+ friendly.

What Customers Say About Belmont Collective

4.5 out of 5 from 170 Google reviews · read the reviews on Google

The shop averages 4.5 stars from 170 Google reviews. Most shoppers love the low-key atmosphere, authentic décor and laid-back budtenders; one online customer says staff substituted a comparable product at the same price when their order was out of stock, and visitors who wander in on a whim leave impressed by the quality and prices.

The negative reviews are few but strongly worded, with two 2026 reviewers describing rude or hostile exchanges with individual budtenders. Belmont has several competitors within half a mile, so if the vibe is not right on the day, alternatives are close.
