About Cookies Rose City

Cookies Rose City is the second Portland store of Cookies PDX, at the corner of SE 79th Avenue and Division Street in South Tabor, south of Mt. Tabor. State records list it at 7916 SE Division under the license name Cookies PDX, while the company website gives 2404 SE 79th Ave — both point to the same corner. Its sister store is Cookies on SE 7th Avenue in the Central Eastside.

Like its sister, it focuses on top-shelf, terpene-forward flower: Cookies classics alongside Northwest-grown favorites. Reviewers say it has some of the best flower they have seen lately with strong quarter- and ounce deals, and that it stocks hard-to-find strains and accessories such as smell-proof shoulder bags. A March 2026 regular was glad it had 'opened up again' after a closure.

The store is licensed for recreational sales without an OLCC medical endorsement, takes pickup orders online at cookiespdx.com, and lists a wheelchair-accessible entrance. Google shows hours of 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
