About Farma Hawthorne

Farma is on SE Hawthorne Boulevard at the edge of Ladd's Addition, at the inner, westernmost end of the Hawthorne strip about half a mile from OMSI and the Hawthorne Bridge. It is the original store of Farma PDX, which also runs a shop on SW Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway, and its stated mission is to improve people's lives by 'reframing their relationship with cannabis'.

Shoppers describe an aesthetically pleasing, modern, clean shop with a quiet, private feel and a 'no phones inside' policy. Google's review summary highlights a customized experience, educated staff, strain selection, gummies and a free lighter. In May 2026 a reviewer reported 20% off every day for customers who arrive wearing a bike helmet, and the store runs a loyalty program and daily deals.

Farma Hawthorne holds OLCC medical-retailer and home-delivery endorsements and is open 10 a.m. to 9:50 p.m. daily. Reviewers say it is cash only, with an ATM inside. Google lists a wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking lot.
