About HQFarms

HQFarms is the retail 'farm store' of HQ Farms, an Oregon cannabis grower whose flower has been sold in other dispensaries for years. It opened its own shop on SE Powell Boulevard in South Tabor in September 2026, about a mile from Mt. Tabor Park, so customers can now buy direct from the growers.

Oregon Cannabis Rules for Shopping at HQFarms

• Adults 21+ with a valid government photo ID (out-of-state IDs and passports are accepted).
• Daily limits: 2 oz of flower, 10 g of concentrates, 10 g of inhalable products, 16 oz of solid products and 72 fl oz of liquids.
• Retail sales are allowed from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.; each store sets its own hours inside that window.
• Recreational purchases carry Oregon's 17% state cannabis tax plus up to 3% local tax; OMMP cardholders are exempt.
• Using cannabis in public, in a car or in view of the public is illegal; most hotels and rentals ban it.
