About KUSH21 SoDo

KUSH21 SoDo is the store many Seattle shoppers still know as Zips SoDo; it rebranded under the KUSH21 name while keeping the same location and product lineup. It is on 4th Avenue South, about half a mile from T-Mobile Park and under a mile from Lumen Field, and it is open from 8 a.m. until midnight every day — the latest hours Washington law allows, and later than most shops in SoDo.

The store pairs a broad recreational and medical selection, including a well-regarded rosin lineup, with aggressive online pricing: reviewers mention 50% off online orders and a Friday discount, and the KUSH21 rewards app tracks points across locations. A wall-sized TV usually has the game on, which suits the stadium crowd. Google lists the business as Black-owned.

KUSH21 operates stores in Burien, Buckley and Everett in Washington, plus Locals Canna House in Spokane and shops in Illinois and Missouri. The SoDo store is medically endorsed and has a wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking lot.
