Around the web there have been rumors of press agencies acquiring a new memo from the Obama Administration regarding medical marijuana. The consensus seems to be that caregivers and patients are safe and not a priority for federal enforcement, HOWEVER, large scale distribution centers will be prosecuted against.
This is not good news for many establish medical marijuana programs in California, and Colorado. However, this will allow New Jersey to kick off its program finally. The memo mentioned large scale farms that have been granted legality are talking about millions in revenue and will be closely monitored, judged, and potentially prosecuted by Federal law.
