Getting twisted is the recreational act of using marijuana in conjunction with alcohol. The two amplify each others effects and can get you severely intoxicated. Personally, I have done this a few times and each time have become extremely impaired, but oh did I have some fun! However, that depends on what your definition of fun is.
Can you have fun getting twisted? Of course, you just get a lot more intoxicated and even dizzy and lightheaded in some circumstances. Some tend to become less social when under the influence of both substances, but everybody is different. It is definitely not safe to drive when you are under the influence of alcohol to any degree, and definitely do not try to win a game of beer pong because you will surely fail.
If you drink excessively when you are high you can get the spins and get nauseous, its not really advisable to drink a lot. However, if you had a good time drinking, you can smoke as a night cap and snooze like a baby for the rest of the night.
