Rules here follow OAR 845-025-2880. An endorsement means a store may deliver, not that it currently does, so check the store’s website. Vacation rentals and hotels are a common question in Bend: delivery is allowed only to residences, and hotels, motels and similar lodging are excluded.

The Rules

  • Adults 21+, or OMMP cardholders 18–20, with valid ID; only the person who ordered can receive it.
  • Residences only — no hotels, motels, dorms or bed and breakfasts, and no homes on publicly owned land.
  • Within the store’s city; medical patients can receive deliveries outside those limits.
  • Order before 8 p.m.; delivery before 9 p.m.; one delivery per address per day.
