Corvallis has 17 dispensaries licensed by the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC), most of them within a short drive of Oregon State University. You must be 21 to buy recreationally, or 18 to 20 with an Oregon medical card at a medical-registered store. Stores can sell from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., most take cash or debit, and 15 Corvallis shops are endorsed to deliver.

We take the store list from the OLCC's active retailer records, and each listing carries its license number. Corvallis is a college town first, so we open with what Oregon State students and visiting families ask most, then map the stores.
Oregon State Students: What to Know Before You Shop
A Beavers student ID is not proof of age at a dispensary. You need an unexpired government photo ID showing you are 21, such as a driver's license from any state, a passport or a military ID. Students aged 18 to 20 can buy only with an Oregon Medical Marijuana Program (OMMP) card, and only at a store registered to serve patients.
Once you have it, where you keep it matters. OSU prohibits cannabis on campus and in university housing, because the university receives federal funding and federal law still bans the drug. That rule covers residence halls and game-day tailgates around Reser Stadium. Off campus, Oregon law limits use to private property where the owner allows it; the riverfront, city parks and sidewalks count as public, and public use is a Class B violation with a presumptive $265 fine. If you rent, check your lease: many landlords ban smoking.
Parents visiting for a game or move-in weekend can shop like any other adult over 21, but cannot take purchases home across a state line, even to Washington or California.

Buying in Corvallis: ID, Cash and the Daily Limit
- Bring: the ID described above. Photos of an ID and expired cards are refused, and many stores scan your card at the door.
- Pay with: cash or debit. Most stores have an ATM. Credit cards are rarely accepted because card networks avoid a federally illegal product.
- Hours: State rules allow sales from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.; each Corvallis store chooses its own hours inside that window.
- How much: Per person, per day, up to 2 ounces of flower, 10 grams of concentrates, 10 grams of vape products, 16 ounces of edibles and 72 fluid ounces of drinks.
- Driving home: Oregon has no THC blood limit for drivers; police judge impairment, and a cannabis DUII is charged like an alcohol one.

Corvallis Prices and the Tax on Your Receipt
Corvallis prices are typical for the Willamette Valley, which means cheap by national standards: Oregon licensed far more growers than its market needed. Every recreational sale includes the state's 17% cannabis tax, and Oregon cities can add up to 3%. The receipt lists each tax separately, and the City of Corvallis website is the place to confirm whether a city tax applies. Oregon has no general sales tax. On a student budget, the usual savings are daily specials, first-visit discounts, loyalty points and shake or larger packs, which cost less per gram.
Delivery and Medical Patients in Corvallis
15 stores can deliver to a residential address inside their approved area. Hotels, parks and businesses do not qualify, and a residence hall is university housing where cannabis is banned anyway. Orders must be placed before 8 p.m. and arrive before 9 p.m., and the driver checks ID.
14 of Corvallis's 17 stores serve OMMP patients, who pay no cannabis tax and can buy larger amounts. Oregon does not honor medical cards from other states for those benefits.
