Yes. Oregon dispensaries with an OLCC home-delivery endorsement can deliver to adults 21 and over at a residence in the same city. Orders must be placed before 8 p.m. and delivered before 9 p.m., the driver checks ID, and hotels, motels and dorms are excluded. 12 of the 14 Springfield dispensaries in our directory hold a delivery endorsement.
Rules here follow OAR 845-025-2880. An endorsement means a store may deliver, not that it currently does, so check the store’s website or call before you order.
The Rules
- Adults 21+, or OMMP cardholders 18–20, with valid ID; only the person who ordered can receive it.
- Residences only — no hotels, motels, dorms or bed and breakfasts, and no homes on publicly owned land.
- Within the store’s city; medical patients can receive deliveries outside those limits.
- Order before 8 p.m.; delivery before 9 p.m.; one delivery per address per day.
