9 cannabis stores licensed by the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB) use a Lynnwood address, though most of them sit just outside the city limits. Shoppers 21 or older can buy with a valid photo ID from any state. Washington allows sales between 8 a.m. and midnight, and 5 of these Lynnwood-address stores hold a medical endorsement.
"Lynnwood dispensary" usually means a store on Highway 99 or near Martha Lake, in unincorporated Snohomish County, with a Lynnwood mailing address. That's because the City of Lynnwood kept cannabis stores out for years. Below we explain how that happened and what has changed, then list every store by area with ratings and hours.
Why Most "Lynnwood" Dispensaries Are Outside Lynnwood
For years, the City of Lynnwood did not allow cannabis retail inside its limits. Stores opened instead just over the line, along the Highway 99 corridor and around Martha Lake, on unincorporated county land that still carries Lynnwood addresses. That's where most of the stores on this page are today.
Lynnwood has since reversed course and now permits a small number of stores inside the city. We list every licensed store with a Lynnwood address, in the city or not, and add new in-city shops as they appear on the state license list.
For most shoppers the difference is invisible: every store here holds a WSLCB license and follows the same state rules. It can affect local details like the sales tax rate and permitted hours, so check each listing.

Shopping Highway 99: Prices, Payment and Hours
Highway 99 is a competitive strip, and that shows in the prices: Lynnwood-area stores price close to Everett and north Seattle, and deals are common. Every recreational sale still carries Washington's 37% excise tax, which most stores include in the shelf price, with sales tax added at checkout. Compare final totals, and watch for day-of-the-week specials, first-time discounts, loyalty points and larger packs.
Pay with cash or debit; ATMs are standard, and card networks block cannabis on credit. Bring an unexpired photo ID showing you're 21 or older, from any state, or a passport or military ID. Hours vary by store within the 8 a.m. to midnight window, with Kushman's, Euphorium and Galaxy staying open latest. There's no delivery anywhere in Washington, so it's an in-person trip. If it's your first, read our guides to finding the best dispensary and what to buy at a dispensary.
State Rules Lynnwood Shoppers Should Know
- Limit: per visit, up to 1 ounce of flower, 7 grams of concentrate, 16 ounces of edibles or 72 ounces of drinks.
- Mall parking lots are public: using cannabis in the Alderwood lot, a park or anywhere in public view is a civil infraction, so wait until you're on private property that allows it.
- Car rules: an opened package in the passenger area is a traffic infraction; the trunk is the safe spot. Drivers can be charged at 5 nanograms of THC per milliliter of blood or when impaired below it.
- No home grow for recreational users, and no licensed lounges.
The full rules are in our Washington marijuana laws guide.
Medical Patients in Lynnwood
5 of the 9 stores are medically endorsed by the Department of Health. Patients in the DOH database who hold a recognition card pay no sales tax there, are exempt from the excise tax on DOH-compliant products and can buy up to triple the adult-use limit. Registered patients 18 to 20 can also shop at endorsed stores. Medical cards from outside Washington don't qualify.

How we build this list: Store names, addresses and licence numbers come from the WSLCB's list of active cannabis retailers; medical endorsements come from the Department of Health; tribal stores, which are not in the state list, come from tribal and public sources. We refresh the data monthly. Featured placements are paid and clearly labelled.
