A commission that includes former Brazilian president Fernando Cardoso, former Colombian president Cesar Gaviria, Mexico’s former president Ernesto Zedillo, the ex-UN chief Kofi Annan, and entrepreneur Richard Branson are making a statement at the U.N that the drug war has failed.
The drug war has not curbed the use of drugs whatsoever, and has led to the uprise of violent criminal organizations. In the past decade gangs like Los Zetas in Mexico have killed nearly 38,000 people, and have supplied the U.S with a tremendous amount of drugs in the process.
As soon as this commission reported the U.S Drug War failure,U.S Drug Czar Gil Kerlikowske, stated that the drug war has been effective and that no other option will be considered. “Making drugs more available – as this report suggests – will make it harder to keep our communities healthy and safe.” What the fuck. I consider this man one of the most responsible people for killing innocent civlians in the U.S. He has killed unarmed U.S veterans like the one we have heard of on the news because of unwarranted and unjust drug raids.
The U.S armed forces veteran Jose Guerena was gunned down in his home solely because of a presumption that he was holding drugs. Which was later proved to be extremely false.
Mr. Kerlikowske your reign of power has murdered more innocent people than the majority of violent criminal Americans and you deserve to be held accountable. Your administration is involved in corruption of the highest degree, and a level of fascism that resembles modern day Iran.
Of course, no one will take this message seriously. We will go about our day and forget about Jose Guerena an innocent man who was a vicitim of an unjust war, but I want to make it clear Mr. Kerlikowske you are a murderer, just like Stalin, and Hitler. Your choice to prosecute people who choose to do something that you see as unacceptable is causing deaths around our nation and you deserve to go down in history as a murderer. Hitler thought Jewish men, women, and children deserved to prosecuted for their beliefs and actions. Why does that make you any different sir? You choose to put someone in jail or kill who works a full time job, feed his family, and pay his taxes, because of your belief that his drug possession poisons our community.
Well sir, I would like you to explain to your children what your policies have done to Mr. Guerena’s family. I want you to tell them because of your policies you took away someone’s Father, Son, and Husband.
You might think what you are doing is righteous, but so did Hitler and Stalin. You might read this, you most likely will not, but I will make it my life’s work to make sure that you know that you have killed innocent people because of a policy that I know will be repealed by the American people. I want to make sure you go to bed every night knowing you are a murderer because you believe drug users should go to prison and be hunted down like animals.
